                                                 Persona
A persona is an invented personality, an imaginary but nevertheless typical user or customer for whom you are gathering requirements for your product. Personas are useful when real users are not available or are too numerous for you to interview all of them, The persona is a virtual character that substitutes for the human users. Innovation workshops are one way of generating ideas. Innovation workshops are mostly used when a large number of stakeholders are involved in the innovation process. Best use of these workshops are made when you want to show the advantages of developing a new and better way of working to the stakeholders instead of just rebuilding the same old system.

  1. Personas can be very useful for mass market research concept. When it is difficult to interview all the users in a mass market, personas can come in handy. One cannot just create a new persona, research and data is required for new personas. Using personas can be helpful when Business Analysts want to discuss the customer's needs or requirements.

Innovative Workshops can include several joint sessions where stakeholders can meet to discuss the business project or the agenda discussed. Many times the stakeholders think that this is not necessary and consider this as waste but when they attend and recognize the benefits, they reconsider their views.
